Delivery Policy

Govardhan Empire Sales and Marketing provides live online educational workshops. These are digital services, so nothing is shipped and no physical goods are delivered.

1. How access is delivered

After your payment is successfully received and verified, a confirmation is sent to the email address and WhatsApp number you provided at registration. It includes the workshop details, the live session (Zoom) link and the participants' WhatsApp group link.

2. When you will receive it

Confirmations are normally sent shortly after your payment is verified. The live session link is available before the workshop starts. If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours of payment, please contact us and we will resend it.

3. Make sure your details are correct

Please enter a valid email address and WhatsApp number while registering, as access details are sent only to these. If you entered something incorrectly, contact us with your registered details and we will update it.

4. Rescheduled or cancelled workshops

If a workshop is rescheduled or cancelled, we will inform you by email and WhatsApp. See our Refund Policy for your options.
